Craving Sweets / Carbs After Every Meal

I am a little worried as to the amount of eating I have done in the last two weeks, did my first month of P90X and noticed that I lost inches, not so much weight. I have eaten more protein and less carbs, but the last two weeks I have been working 72 hrs and I completely fell off my routine, can not exercise as regularly and my appetite has spiked....to the point that I am not hungry but I am craving carbs and sweets all the time. I have been sleeping about 5 hrs a day max which I think has something to do with it but I feel my new fitness and diet regimen through my body into shock and now it is craving everything! Any suggestions? I eat three-four servings of fruit a day but eat almonds and raisins to try to curve my craving for sweets. I appreciate any input, feeling pretty disappointed that all my hard work in the first month is going to waste...

Have you been eating a lot of convenience food/fast food? These can make you crave more, much like an addiction.
Try eating more protein to help quell the sweet cravings. It works surprisingly well for me.
Lack of sleep will make you hungrier in general, and being tired makes you want carbs for the quick energy. Which can make you want more.
    Just a couple of thoughts!

When I have a craving for sweets, I make a protein shake in the blender then throw it in the freezer for an hour or so (you could do the same thing with a fruit smoothie). It's like having a big milkshake, but super healthy.
