Problem Areas.. Anyone have some good advice.

Like many people my main problem area is my stomach.. I'm wondering if anyone has some good (free) sites to get workouts for your stomach OR if someone knows of some, please share :) Thanks guys!

    If you're trying to target your belly for fat loss you won't be able to do it. There's no way to lose fat in one paticular part of your body. It looks like you're making great progress though keep it up!
  • Okay thank you ! .. right now I've been doing a lot of working out on the treadmill and the elliptical with some strength.
