Difference in scales?

Hey everyone,
Does any one see a difference in what different scales say? I weighed myself on my electronic scale earlier and it showed 200 lbs. But then I weighed myself at the gym, non-electronic scale, and it showed 195 lbs.
Anybody else encounter this difference with scales? Advice?

yep, if the scale is not calibrated you can see differences. I stick to 1 scale, one we have calibrated.0
