Healthy Oat based snacks?

Mc Vities Hob Nob biscuits were my favourite, but at just shy of 100 cals each I'm looking for a healthier alternative.
I've made some honey flapjacks as per a BBC food recipe that I've found online, that are tasty but a bit naughty, and I was hopping someone might have some suggestions?

I made this with mixed berries and it was delicious. I'm actually going to try it with bananas and peanut butter today.

I really like these, or some variation of them:

They freeze really well so you can portion them out and take them as you need them. They thaw by lunch time for an afternoon snack.

    msopel,

Thanks so much for listing this website ....and the oatbar recipe.

I modified my version, since the pics made the bars look like they were moist. I wanted a bar that would not fall apart.

I added..... more oats.......flaxseed.....wheat germ.....more dried fruit (cherries) and walnuts.

I substituted tahini ( sesame seeds) for the coconut butter..........and used honey instead of maple syrup.

    These are AWESOME ! ! !

I ran this through the recipe maker and @ 33 servings per batch.......it comes to 167 cals per serving.
One bar is enough to pack the void in the morning.

Thanks for the great idea ! ! !
