Bulking and cutting Q for women body builders

For those of you (women) who are seriously body building, how many calories do you eat while bulking? How many while cutting?

What is your proportion of weights to cardio while bulking? While cutting?

What is your proportion of protein to carbs while bulking? While cutting?

    I just completed my first bulking cycle so I am no expert, but...

    Bulking about 3000 calories, I started at 2600 net, then upped it to 2850 net.

    I plan to cut around 2300 total, or 2000 net.

    While bulking I'd lift 3-5 times a week and do cardio maybe twice (and then it was 30min of low-moderate steady state).

    I'll probably do a little more cardio while cutting just so I can eat more. :D

    I try to eat a minimum of 1 gram of protien per pound of lean body weight but try to aim slightly higher than that, maybe closer to 1 gram per total pound. I also try to eat at least 0.3 grams of fat per pound of total body weight. All other calories are arbitrary including carbs.
