My boyfriend just joined mfp yesterday, and I think he may be taking the whole tracking and being under your daily calorie goal thing a LITTLE far... and by a little.. I mean he has a 1400-1500 calorie goal, and his net calories for today is:
THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY CALORIES.
He says "Oh, I'm full though" and he tells me all about the healthy things he ate.
I've tried to tell him that when you're burning 700+ calories a day, and going OVER ONE THOUSAND calories BELOW your daily minimum calorie goal, you've got to eat more, even if you *are* full.
Maybe he needs other people telling him. This is NOT the healthy approach!!
