How to enter my weights routine

I have a home gym (cable style) that I do a speed routine on. I will cram several things with many light weight reps in a 30 minute time span. I can't figure out a good way to enter that in my MFP tracking. Any thoughts??

I use a HRM and have created an exercise call Strength Training so I can track those calories burned.0

I have looking at those. I had one for a day last week but it wasn't very accurate.0

There's a couple of exercises in the database called Circuit Training that track calories burned. I've started using that.0
