Hello,
I'm new here and I just want to introduce myself. I am a 40 year old single overweight mom. I've been on Atkins for 11 days now and I'm starting to feel better since I'm out of sugar withdrawal:smile: I hope to make a lot of friends and loose a lot of weight!!! Anybody else on Atkins?

    I'm not on Adkins but how did you manage to get yourself off sugar? I'm having a heck of a time with that...
