Looking lanky or athletic.

So I've lost the weight I wanted to lose.

Personally I do not see this 'too thin' girl that other people are seeing. If anything... I see that I could lose a little more pudge on the stomach and shed a little bit off the thighs.

I don't want to look lanky and scrawny. I want to look toned and athletic. Perhaps I need to build more muscle?

Any suggestions on changes to my diet or certain exercises that I can do to create a nicer looking physique? My stomach never seems to flatten! and I am the leanest I've ever been!

FYI - Last time my PT got me on to her fancy scales, she told me that I am 14% body fat and 50% muscle.

You absolutely don't need to lose more weight from what I see in your pictures. If you're still seeing "fat" that clearly is not there, it's a problem with your mentality and not your body. I suggest you seek professional help before you have a serious problem on your hands.
