Working my arms... with an injured arm?!

Hi all! I need a little help...

My mother cursed my siblings and I with overly large arms in comparison to our body size. I was doing pretty well, lifting weights every day until one morning I woke up and had lost feeling in half my arm and hand. I found out I have cubital ulnar tunnel in my left arm and it can be extremely painful at times - like when lifting weights, even 5 lbs. Part of the problem is I'm not to bend my elbow more than 45 degrees ideally.

I started doing pushups every night... my question is this, Is there anything else that I can add to my regimen to tone my upper arms? Or at least try to see if it causes pain or not?

Any and all suggestions are welcome and appreciated :)
