Treadmill / exercise dvd's

Should I buy a new pacemaker bronze treadmill for $1500 or should I buy a used one for $800?
I would like to use it for walking/ jogging (up to 6.0mph) but want to be able to run on it after I get fitter.

What are some exercise DVD's that you would reccommend for cardio and weight lifting?

    I would definitely buy the used treadmill if there's nothing wrong with it. As far as workout dvd's go, anything by Jillian Michaels is good. Also, the p90x and insanity dvds are a success. I use supreme 90 day which is very similar to p90x but a fraction of the cost :)
