Well done, that is fantastic! 2lbs a week is great!

I have been consistently being losing about 2lbs a week for the last month and starting to feel much better. I also go to weight watchers, no so much for their nutritional advice, but to have someone to be accountable to each week for the dreaded weigh in! I have intermittent will power and find that having to actually be weighed by someone else keeps me motivated. However, I have been starting to think about leaving WW now that I am getting into the 'zone' and save the £20 a month for the membership fee and put it towards my holiday to Florida instead.

Wishing you all the best for the week ahead!

That's great! Isn't WW almost like counting calories but the numbers are reduced to a small amount of points? If that's how I think it is, people should just save their money and count the calories. :)

    Hi Kel!

That's a good start, well done! I think MFP helps you change your lifestyle easier than counting points, especially with the exercise log. I've hit a bit of a plateau the past couple of weeks though I have had a few "naughty" days food wise and I got out of the exercising routine last week. Today, though as they say, is the start of a new week and am prepared to put the effort in - especially as I'm only 1lb behind Hubby now.

Welcome and keep up the good work.
MFP is certainly a terrific fitness tool. As I have used it, I've improved both my food choices and activity level. I've gone from 230 to 175 pounds, so far.
Good luck to you in your fitness goals.:flowerforyou:
