well. i can not believe i have allowed nearly 3 years to pass...and here i am again. realizing the ONLY time i have been able to make progress in weight loss...was when i had a daily relationship with THIS BOARD....faithful to record all food intake...and exercise. So. Once again. Here.....I .....go!
