I am using a fitbit and allowing it to figure my calories burned......yesterday I ended my day with calories left after all of my exersice. I ate back some of those calories and still was under my calorie goal. This morning I happened to look at my food diary from then and noticed that today it says that i went over. I am confused on how during the day it calculates that I had burned 410 or so calories and today when you look it says that I only burned 200 some. Why does it change after you end your day?
