Hello everyone :), I'm new to Myfitnesspal. I have been on here for 5 days now logging food and exercise and have lost 4 pounds!!. I was hoping to meet some new friends to share this weight loss journey with.

About me:

Im 5'8" and currently weigh 171 pounds. Im currently working out 6 days/week. I have really let myself go and its time to get healthy and fit. I want my old body back :),
