Looking for ideas

I am trying to increase my calorie intake and am still having trouble reaching my goal.

So far I eat a salad for break fast along with 1 scoop of 100% Gold Standard Whey, and a multi vitamin. I take N.O-xplode as a pre workout supplement then go to the gym and burn off 300--400 calories cardio and also do a muscle group, abs arms chest etc. After my work out I take another scoop of whey. When I get home I cook 1 4 oz bonless chicken breast. I work full time so I am thinking of buying a box of protein bars to take with me to work.

Any Suggestions and or Ideas?
