Should they be avoided while dieting? After all they are so high in calories....

    Avacados are a good fat! We need to eat a certain amount of fat and this is a good way to get it, You don't need to avoid them just make sure you don't overdue it :happy:

    avocados are not the enemy as a matter of fact they are a great source of good fats. It is recommended not to eat more than 1/4 of a medium avo a day because of the cals.

    I use mine instead of mayo on sandwiches and I love it in my egg white omelets .....mmm making me hungry :wink:
