Good morning everyone another day here at work.. I am so wanting to weight my self today but I am nervous about the numbers and if it went the wrong way I would be upset.. I also have a problem with how and when to weight my self I have gotten on the scale here at work but I don't think it is accurate and I have been thinking about getting one at home but not sure what type to get or even when to weight to get the accurate weight any ideas?

You have to have a hard shell to be able to face daily weigh ins... Most experts recommend weekly weigh ins! I suggest if you're going to by a set of scales to buy a quality digital set. I have two sets - one of which was a $20 Canadian Tire job and the other were about $35 at Walmart. The more expensive heavier set are completely accurate...the cheaper set gives me a different weight every time I step on it.0
