new to community...not to fitness pal

My name is Christine...I have been using my fitness pal on my ipad and the community option is not an option. I am using fitness pal to loose 10 more pounds and then to stay at that weight. I love fitness pal and feel that it is the only method that has worked for me. I used to write my calories on a small notebook I kept in my purse! This is way easier!!! I have been struggling with weight gain and loss for the past ten years. Here is a brief history of me...
2006 225 lbs
2007 170 lbs
2007 185 lbs
2009 200 lbs
2010 170 lbs
2011 185 lbs
current 180 lbs
My goal is 170 and then stay at that weight. I would love to loose more than that but I am know that I am comfortable around 170. I look forward to being your friend.
My biggest weekness...yummy breakfast foods like pancakes and waffles, big plates of pasta, anything with bread and cheese and chinese food!!!
