When I'm working out on the regular.. I CONSTANTLY WANT TO EAT EVERYTHING IN SIGHT!!! HELP!.. anyone else have this problem? and yes i'm drinking plenty of water lol

Are you eating enough protein? It will keep you full for a longer period of time0

I was the same and still am when I am exercising. I tend to carry fruit with me but don't go to the gym Just round the park with the dog. but when i did the instructor advised me to carry fruit. as a snack0
