Just curious what people on here think about my diary? It's open. I know I need to drink less alcohol. Maybe eat less candy? It's valentines day candy. My valentine bought me a bush of candy in the form of flowers. Love him to death, and love candy lol.

Anyway, I'm 5'6 110 lbs, trying to maintain/tone maybe lose another 5 lbs or so... I do about 600 calories of cardio on the weekend, and see a personal trainer twice a week. I did not see her this week, so was not trying to get as much protein this week.

Good for you for getting something healthy in your body every day.

But you should stay away from:
    chips
    butter fingers
    grand fun size bars
    pizza
    hot pockets

trade instant oatmeal and jello for something real and you'd get a gold star.

Eat more of the healthy stuff!

So do you think it is ok to consume the things the girl listed above if I'm underweight? I get enough nutrients from vitamin pills which I do not log, and eat a lot of other good things... Just trying to figure this out lol.

I don't think anyone should consume the things I listed but I do it too lol. It''s definitely better if you gain and loose weight through real food and not processed.

I'm 5'6 and 129. I'm eating about 1450 calories a day and loosing at least a pound weekly still, so if you're like me and stuck to a chair most of the time that 1400 is probably OK. If you're moving (600 cals) you body (more importantly your brain) needs more food. It seems like you are eating back your exercise calories though so good for you. The healthier the better but of course I have my guilty pleasures as well and we all have our free will :)
