    People act the same way about sodium, it's the devil! :noway: I am constantly being told that my diet soda is "loaded" with sodium. Fortunately, I can read the label. Should one go around eating mass quantities of it? No, but it doesn't need to be avoided at all costs either. Nor can it be, since it naturally occurs in most everything.

    That reminds me of when I worked at an animal hospital, and a guy was there with his dog that had a tumor. He said, "Ya know, when I was young, dog's didn't GET cancer... they just died of old age."
