Hey! I'm currently living in Fort Collins, CO. I've been on here before a while back, but it was only through my phone. I'm finding the online site much more enjoyable and quicker! My goal of being on here is to keep a "diary" of my food and exercise so I can logically see my progress. It's much easier for me to lose weight when I keep track of it.

I recently went through a "fat" phase and am now back up to 135lbs (31.5% Body Fat); only 5lbs lost from my original of last March when I began the Paleo diet. SO...I need to get back on track. For the past couple of weeks I have been eating WAY too much chocolate and not taking my vitamins, which I believe lead me to eating too much and what not.

Goals for the next week or so: gym 5 times per week, core 3 times per week, upper 2-3 times per week, lower 2-3 times per week, take my vitamins, no more added sugar (honey, agave...etc.), no coffee (which I have been doing really good on anyway).
