  • When I go, I usually get the smallest sirloin (6 oz) and then 2 of the following: house salad with vinegar & oil, baked sweet potato (plain butter on the side), steamed veggies, green beans.

I'm going to a steakhouse - I'm going to eat steak, not chicken or seafood!

Skip the rolls and limit the amount of peanuts you eat while you wait for your food.

Texas Roadhouse doesn't have nutrition facts online. Get a sirloin steak and use the facts from a steakhouse that does have nutrition facts online. Longhorn steakouse is one, places like applebee's has nutrition facts online for their steaks as well.

Sirloin Kabob: Marinated sirloin with onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, red & green pepper served on a bed of seasoned rice would be fairly decent.

I'll be honest...when I go to the Texas Roadhouse which is more often then not lol I eat BAD! I have prime rib with house salad and sweet potato..a roll and ice tea...EVERY TIME NEVER FAILS! BUT if you workout and don't over eat every day and eat in motivation you can have that bad good food lol LOVE TEXAS ROADHOUSE! IT'S MY FAVORITE RESTURANT!

Stay away from the rolls, or find a way to make them fit in for the day/week. Those things are evil good!
