Your Opinion on:The Idea Behind Bethenny Frankel's Way of "N

Did you ever hear Bethenny Frankel talk about how she became fit and slim? Or rad what she wrote about it in her book?
She says she's stopped "dieting" per say.
She used to have such weight issues that it made her crazy, she was either overweight or obsessive about what she ate, or didn't eat, to the point that it made her unhappy and unhealthy. Her weight issues were based on her relationships with her mother and father and trying to obtain their acceptance. She needed boundaries that were simple and not emotionally directed, she then practiced this
She talks about still watching what she eats, but looks at it this way....
"Your food intake each day is like a bank account. If you've spent a lot on sugar, then stop spending. If you haven't spent your calories in the areas that you need to, where they are healthy and beneficial, then SPEND. If you've over spent then you've bankrupted your account."
Our Food Diaries are a lot like that, Bank Accounts. And they show us EXACTLY what we've spent, on what we've spent it, where, and when we've spent it.
Not only THAT, but it gives us our allowance every day so that we don't bankrupt ourselves. We can even SAVE up calories per week or month if we'd like.
What do you think of that idea???
