Hi,
I'm not anemic nor has my doctor ever mentioned anything about being low on iron, however, my food choices don't include a lot of veggies that are loaded with iron. In looking at the daily nutrition section of the android phone app, seems I usually average around 10% of the RDA of iron. Should I be looking at supplements?

If you aren't anemic, don't worry about it. Some people's bodies are better able to use the iron they get from food, you must be one of the lucky ones!0
