Should I go Veg?

Hiya. So I just noticed I haven't had meat in a few weeks. No really on purpose. Just haven't done groceries in a long time. Currently the only meat on my grocery list is roast chicken... which I could probably do without. How do people feel about going vegetarian for a while? Will it benefit me? I'll be honest, it's not about principle for me... just health.

Thoughts?

I may be biased, as I am a vegetarian myself. However, it does come with a host of benefits!

Ive been thinking about this too. I don't eat meat all that often either so it wouldn't be a huge step to go totally veggie but Id like to hear what you guys think the positives and negetives are

I went vegan for quite awhile. Not for the health benefits, but because of the animal abuse that goes on inside factory farms. I could not keep it up, but while I did it I did feel a lot healthier. Right now, I am seriously considering giving up milk products because after I started eating them again I noticed that a lot of my stomach issues went away when I stopped drinking milk. I plan on going completely vegetarian in a few years when the kids are out of the house.
