    Hola soy una 1/2 Filipina y 1/2 español de Mexico (andaluz) pero vivo en Manila, Filipinas. Por cierto hay un grupo que esta dedicado para nosotros que se llama Mexicanos, Latinos e Hispanos en MFP.

    Of course you are. Latino isn't a race & you don't have to speak Spanish to qualify as a Latino. There are also non-Latinos who can speak Spanish but that doesn't make them one.
