On the run and on a budget

Hey everyone...I am gonna try this site just as a means of accountability! I'm a poor grad student so my biggest challenge is having to eat on the go and not having time to cook healthy meals. Does anyone have any tricks or tips as far as preparing meals ahead of time or ways to stick to your budget and still eat healthy? My diet is really suffering because of my busy schedule. I also need to make time to exercise more consistently. I'm excited to get started on this site and have more support.
