Honestly if I could get up before the kids to get my workout in without the added distraction or poking and prodding provided by them I would. Right now I get my workout in somewhere between 9-11am.0

I have a six year old and a two year old, and my 6 year old is always up by 7AM. Even on the weekends when she is with her dad, and my son sleeps later, I still like to get up by 8 and get my day started with pilates. If I wake up later than 8:30, I feel really guilty like half the day is gone. I have been like this for a long time. I guess I'd say I am a night and morning person.0
