Since People seem to want to vomit up links to articles, and studies, and facts they googled on these forums I figured I would get in on the fun.
Sure, calorie in/calories out is the way weight is lost. But what will you be left with underneath when you lose the fat? And what if you want to add muscle back afterward, with minimal fat gain............. All of that is trickier than calorie in/calorie out.
Fact: The average Male Bicep is 12"
This years Mr Olympia's (Phil Heath) Bicep measurement was 24"
I googled it, so it must be true.

It is a bit trickier than calories in/out, but it isn't as complicated as that article makes it out to be either.0

Agreed.......this overcomplicates it for the average individual. But it is the Standard more of less for the Pro's............ and since eating in such a fashion is so wildly attacked on here...........I figured i would throw it out there.........0 -

The pros also use lots of PEDs which doesn't make their habits exactly applicable to the avg person0 -

Obviously we don't look manly (okay, so at 5'10" I might look a *little* bit manly  , but LorinaLynn certainly doesn't - have you SEEN her bikini progress pictures? Amazing!), but we're apparently at least as strong as the average man.0 -
