ETA: D'oh never mind worked out what I was doing wrong!
But while I am here, anyone know approximately how much extra calories pushing a toddler in a a pushchair ads on to walking?

I am trying to work out walking speeds, usually I just pick moderate if walking with my daughter, or very brisk (4.5mph) if walking by msyelf with the pushchair. I was thinking that would be about right, but its time to get a bit more accurate.
So I mapped my walk on walkjogrun and they say its 5.35 miles, this morning on my own with pushchair that took me 18 minutes, which using calculations I found on this board means I was walking at nearly 18mph, is that even viable?
I know I walk very fast naturally, and I always try to push it, but is it possible i'm going that speed without jogging or have I gone wrong with my calculations somewhere?

That is extremely fast...faster than most people jog even...

Lol you don't look stupid. But definitely figure out where the misinformation is coming in. I'm guessing your distance is off.

Yeah I figured it out straight after posting, it was the distance.
