need motivation

i have been walking 20 minutes a day at lunch but i know i need more.. i dont like to exercise but know it is the best thing to loose weight

    Stretching at some point during the day will help get you to the point where you're starting to enjoy and even crave exercise. Stretching wakes up your muscles and makes your workouts more productive. It also burns as many calories as a mild walk.
