Need advice, or input about exercise log and calories

I do not log my exercise at all. I know that I could be getting more exercise, but right now I think I'm doing good putting in 30-60 minutes EVERYDAY.....up from being extremely lazy and not getting any at all.

Here's my question.....

If I don't log my exercise, my calorie allowance for the day doesn't go up. If I do exercise, it does go up. I would rather not log it, and only log my meals, and stick with the original allowance for the day. Am I going to end up putting my body in 'starvation' mode if I don't eat those extra calories that I burn off???

I feel like I'm eating enough, no hunger pains or anything when I eat about 1600-1700 each day, my allowance is at 2070 right now.

Extra info.... My exercise consists of walking, sittups, squats, and running the stairs, I get my heart rate up and work up a sweat. Have had sore muscles from this home workout routine, so it's a workout for me! lol
