When do you take your vitamins/supplements?

I'm wondering if there is a better time of the day to take my vitamins and other supplements. Opinions and if it's not too much to ask - why do you take them when you take them? Thanks! :ohwell:

    I take vitamins with my breakfast. Multivitamin and a Vitamin D tablet.

    I take my vitamin B complex sublingual before breakfast, the multivitamin I take at night cause it makes me queezy. The B complex is supposed to boost your metabolism and give you energy. I have had success with it.

    I have certain vitamins and supplements that I take with each meal of the day. I know there is a reason for all of it, but basically, my sister in law told me to take them at specific times for dealing with depression and some other things. Plus, I believe certain vitamins don't work as well when taken with others, so they need to be taken separately.
