Hi, can anyone recommend a good book that lists a bunch of different exercises (read 100's) and all of the muscles that they will target?

I would like to have a book that would like do the following for me:
x type of exercise, targets the following muscles in a major way x muscle, y muscle, and the following muscles in a minor way, a muscle b muscle and c muscle!
