Just started MFP :)

Hi everyone,
I started MFP about a week ago, I have been doing Weight Watchers for about 2 years, and have lost about 20 Lbs, but ever since they changed their program I haven't been able to lose; only maintain. I think this may be a good change for me. I am trying to focus on just my calorie consumption but I seem to go over my protein, and under carbs & fat. Anywho- I would love any advice and words of wisdom. Friend me if you'd like!
