Hey all
I'm having a hard time entering my workout...I have a bio force home gym and I do a variety of exercises. Any ideas on how to enter this in to accurately capture calories burned?
Also, on a semi- related note, I keep reading that you should eat about 1g/lb of protein when working out...that about right?
Thanks
Charles

Go under the cardio section and enter your strength training workout there, there's a category. Now as to the protein, ideally yes, but for someone who is overweight seeking weight loss, no.0

I use a HRM (heart rate monitor) to accurately count up my calories burned while lifting weight. It's alot more accurate than the one on the site. Good Luck!0

I log mine under "circuit training" and just input the calories in from my heart rate monitor.0
