I feel guilty that I always eat back the calories that I burned, is it bad to do this everyday?

Don't feel guilty, this is what you should be doing. MFP calculates your calorie count as if you did not work out. When you do work out, you create a calorie deficit greater than the deficit you have as a goal. It is the NET calories that are important at the end of the day, not your goal calories.
Basically, if you do not eat your calories back you will lose weight faster, however, if you plan to increase your deficit with exercise you should make sure it is not too extreme of a calorie cut so that your body does not go into starvation mode.0 -
