How many calories are you getting?

I ask because I realize that, even though I'm trying to eat more sensible, I find it hard (ok, impossible) to have a deficit without some exercise every day.

What are you guys eating for calories each day? At what meals? I'm a 5'11", 270lb dude.. so I assume I'm supposed to eat more than most of the people on here.. but that means it must be harder for you?

Today, for example, I took it relatively easy and still managed to throw down 2054 cals. Is that a lot? Just worried if I get laid up for some reason all my work could go to waste.
