Just starting.. need to loose 90 pounds!! Please let me know if you can help??

    I started 5 weeks ago and need to lose 80 lbs. Just don't give up if it doesn't happen quickly - I have only lost 8 lbs so far and I work hard. building the habits is the important thing right now. Move a lot! Do weights and cardio and keep a positive attitude. Every day you do the right thing congratulate yourself - that's how I keep myself motivated. Hope this helps.

    What's your nutrition looking like? Don't listen to people when they say you need cardio to lose weight. You don't need it PERIOD. Your goal is to create a deficit via your diet.

    Thanks Everyone... I think the hardest part for me is eating right.. I love to eat all of the junk.. and can't get away from it! It seems like it is hard for me to log accurate numbers and how many calories.. i have burned.. for exmaple.. I did an exercise video at home.. so i have not a clue how to record that and for eating.. i went to chinese buffet,.. but did not eat a lot.. so don't know .. how many calories to record. I will check out the newsarticles thank you! If someone could make me an eating schedule that would be great haha! Thanks Danny I appreciate it! I like to exercise.. but when I get out of the pattern.. its very hard to get back in.

    Hi!
    I have been started lose weight since Feb, 1.
    Usually I start my day with a glass of water (sometimes I add some lemon juice).
    I don't eat macaronis, white rice, potatoes, pastries and sweets.
    I never have snacks.
    I eat a lot of protein (chicken, turkey, eggs, etc), some veggies and fruits.
    Also I eat non-fat or reduced fat dairy products.
    I drink chicken bullion and a lot of water during the day.
    I don't drink juices.

    It works for me. So far I lost 10lbs. Try, maybe it will work for you too. :-)
