Does anyone know how to calculate how many calories is in something you bake? For instance I want to make oatmeal cookies but how do I figure out how many calories each cookie would be?
Any suggestions? Thanks everyone.

Go to the Recipe section on your food tab. There you can build the recipe based on the ingredients
you use and it will calculate all the nutritional information for ya!0 -
You go into "recipes" and list everything you've put into whatever it is. Then you decide how many servings there will be. (If you made 48 cookies, then the serving size would be "48".) If the recipe is something a little less obviously divided, then you just have to do your best to decide how big a serving should be. Once you've input all that information, then the recipe thing will tell you how many calories are in each serving, and you will have the option to add it to your diary.0
