I get very sad and depressed for a couple of hours....and then I kick myself in the a** by doing 80 minutes on my exercise bike averaging 13-14 miles per hour.

Take that, stupid fat cells!

Anybody else proud of themselves for getting over their weigh loss frustrations?

I hear ya! When I finally got the gym membership last month, it definately helped with my depression and frustration levels. Any time I feel depressed, I make myself go to the gym because those endorphines help so much. And when I am mad at anything, I go to the gym because I feel as though if I work myself harder, my frustration goes away. While I am not losing any weight currently (which is frustration in itself) I do like to kick myself in the rear and get to the gym. Makes my mood improve 100%.

    Nice!

I'm finally getting to the point that I exercise about 70% because it makes me feel amazing, 20% because it'll help me lose weight, and 10% because it'll help me to live to be an old weirdo (I'm a young weirdo now...ha).
