Low Fat Pancakes

Hey Lads and Ladies!
As you know easter is fast approaching and with that brings lent and before lent is Shrove tuesday or as it is better known PANCAKE TUESDAY! My Bf's mum always makes him pancakes but unfortunatly she is unwell and is unable to this year! I want to carry this tradtion on but want to make it a bit healthier!
so does anyone have a pancake or pancake like recepie that is low fat/cal
