Anyone else here trying to eat MORE?!

I have weight to lose because I don't eat enough and its slowed down my metabolism. Anyone else here just completely forget to eat during the day? Some days I don't actually get around to having a meal, just pick at fruit or yogurt here and there. According to this site, I should be eating a whopping 1480 cals a day. Came up 300 cals under that today, even though I was practically force-feeding myself all day and had a super heavy creamy cashew Indian korma with naan bread for dinner.
