Binge Snacking

Since I began my healthy eating adventure, I've had increasingly growing problems with binge snacking. I have little will power when it comes to snacks, and while I pick healthy foods to eat, I just don't have the control to stop eating. I'll start with thinking "oh I just want a taste"…of one item, then I'll want to taste something else. When something really catches my eye (or more often than not, my taste buds) I CANNOT stop eating. I know this is what is probably keeping me from losing any weight but still I cannot stop.

I am aware of the problem, and aware of what I need to do to fix it, so my question is more so this:

What are some healthy filling snacks that will quell my cravings to set up a mini snack buffet every afternoon?
