I had my body fat taken today and it is at 20%. I would like to get to 10%. At my current weight of 240 lbs i need to lose about 25 lbs of fat. Realistically how long should this take done the right way regarding nutrition and weight training!

Depends on your discipline and plan.
Ideally with the strictest of control with strict macronutrient regulation and regular exercise, I would say 2-4 months.
In a realistic world, probably 6 months.0
