From India with Love

Hi,

I was a very active girl back in my high school but college years made me heavier (year by year). I am not only aiming to reduce 35lbs but also need to get healthier. I want to get into running again (like how I used to do long ago) but this extra pounds made me breathless all the time so I usually walk. Anyone who used to have the same prob like me and now able to run kindly share your tips. Really really need a support here. I started MyFitnessPal a month ago and hoping to befriend with lots of motivated pals out there :flowerforyou:

Basic info about me : 26yo girl,recently married,currently enjoying expat life,155lbs (need to shed away 35lbs) to be normal for my height 5'3'' ( I have a small body frame).
