i have 2 lbs of coconut flour and no idea what to do with it! ideas?!

    Look online for Elena's Pantry she cooks with it a lot.

    I make really good chocolate chip cookies with it...that are quite a bit healthier than traditional chocolate chip cookies. If you'd like the recipe, let me know.
