Plateau - lil help

Its seems I've hit a bit of a plateau with my weight loss. The first 3 weeks I lost just over 4Kg before it slowed a little and only lost 800g in the following week and no loss the week after. I am maintaining the calorie count and avoiding temptation to eat less to help get over the hurdle. My exercise program is unchanged and reasonably intense.
So why, without changing what I have been doing and maintaining an approximate calorie count, have I stopped losing weight and what do I do to start dropping the kilos off again?

If you post some more information such as:
Your height/weight
You diet - how many calories are you consuming, do you count them? breakdown down Fats/Carbs/Protein?
Your exercise routine?
Your body adapts quick to a routine which is why majority of people will change things up it also stops you from getting bored of the same routine and keeps your body guessing.. You may just need a new routine or workout at a higher intensity.0
